Big Boss, on Indian Television, is one of the most awaited shows of the year. However, this year, the show proved to be a complete failure. Until last year, Big Boss was the highlight of our day and we couldn’t hold our excitement for what drama will unfold every night. But, since the day, Season 12 started, it came along with a bunch of dull contestants who did not hold the power to entertain the audience. For the very first time, we are excited for the show to end.

Though, we love Salman Khan, but, trust us, this was the first time in the history that even he seemed to be bored of the season. Firstly, the contestants became the reason behind the failure. For instance, Sreesanth claimed to be a strong headed guy but ended up being a quitter throughout the season. On the other hand, Karanvir Bohra tried himself to represent as the Hiten Tejwani of Season 12 and guess what, he failed pathetically. Similarly, Deepika walked on the footsteps of former winner Shilpa Shinde, and as expected, couldn’t do justice. Surbhi Rana projected herself as a tough contestant, but, received a reprimand from Salman for being rude, crazy, arrogant, and whatnot. And how can we not mention the only couple of the house i.e. Jasleen and Anup Jalota? They were a huge blunder. While the season began, there were few expectations which we held from Vakil- Somil, but, Oh Dear – who knew, this season will turn out be a complete disaster.  Each one of them failed to keep us stick to our television set for an hour.

Big Boss, earlier, has been a blend of romance, relationship, friendship, arguments and tasks. Unfortunately – Season 12 – had nothing to bring to the audience. There was no mastermind like Vikas, brotherhood like Manu-Manvir, romance like Prince and Yuvika and wild card entries like Sunny Leone and Nura Fatehi.

The second major turn off this season were the tasks. Those repetitive tasks performed by overrated contestants were nothing but a disappointment. It is essential for Big Boss to make sure of the fact that we are familiar with the tasks and that something fresh is much required. This year, the only thing which kept us associated with the show was the Weekend ka War – Thanks to Salman Khan and His Stardom.

We wish, the Season 13 strikes with active and loved contestants with loads and loads of entertainment. After all, who doesn’t love the daily dose of drama and gossip?
